Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project management leaders to identify training needs and objectives.
- Develop and update training materials, modules, and documentation for project management training programs.
- Facilitate orientation on project documentation, communication protocols, and collaboration platforms.
- Develop training content covering various project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Ensure that project managers are well-versed in industry-standard project management practices.
- Provide training on project management tools and technologies relevant to the organization.
- Keep training materials updated with the latest advancements in project management software.
- Design and implement assessments to measure the effectiveness of training sessions.
- Provide constructive feedback to individuals and teams to enhance their project management skills.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management.
- Integrate new knowledge into training programs to keep project managers informed and skilled.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management roles with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Previous experience in training, coaching, or mentoring project management teams is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with IT project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
