We are a fast-growing wedding film company that specializes in capturing the beauty and emotion of wedding events. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team and help us manage the production of our wedding films.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the production of wedding films from start to finish
  • Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets
  • Work closely with clients to understand their vision and needs
  • Liaise with our creative team to ensure the quality and timely delivery of each film
  • Manage the post-production process, including editing and final delivery of films
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, releases, and permits
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction
  • Continuously look for ways to improve processes and increase efficiency
  • Maintain open and clear communication with the team and clients

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the wedding film industry
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of the wedding industry and trends
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in project management software
  • Bachelor's degree in film, media, or related field preferred
