Job Description
We are a fast-growing wedding film company that specializes in capturing the beauty and emotion of wedding events. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team and help us manage the production of our wedding films.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the production of wedding films from start to finish
- Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and needs
- Liaise with our creative team to ensure the quality and timely delivery of each film
- Manage the post-production process, including editing and final delivery of films
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, releases, and permits
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes and increase efficiency
- Maintain open and clear communication with the team and clients
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the wedding film industry
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of the wedding industry and trends
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software
- Bachelor's degree in film, media, or related field preferred
