We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee our outbound call campaigns in the United States. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple calling campaigns simultaneously. Your role will involve developing campaign strategies, ensuring smooth execution, monitoring performance, and achieving campaign goals and finding new clients. This is a critical position that requires exceptional organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of call center operations.
Responsibilities:
Client Communication and Relationship Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on campaign progress, results, and insights.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals, requirements, and feedback, ensuring campaigns align with their expectations.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client relationships, upsell services, and seek new business opportunities.
Campaign Execution and Performance Monitoring:
Oversee the execution of call campaigns, ensuring adherence to campaign strategies, scripts, and quality standards.
Monitor campaign performance metrics, such as conversion rates, call volume, and customer satisfaction, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Identify and address any issues or obstacles that arise during campaigns, implementing corrective actions to maintain campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Business Development Manager in a call center.
Strong understanding of call center technologies, CRM systems, and call campaign management tools.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
