Job Description

KIDAN is seeking a Service Delivery and Project Manager, based remotely in Pakistan, to lead our efforts in delivering exceptional IT services and managing complex projects. This role is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a rich knowledge base in IT, encompassing areas like infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, and IAM. The ideal candidate will not only manage projects and service delivery with excellence but also play a key role in shaping our responses to RfPs and crafting compelling project proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of high-quality IT services, ensuring they align with client expectations and company standards.
  • Manage a range of IT projects, overseeing all aspects from initiation to completion.
  • Craft detailed project proposals and respond effectively to RfPs, showcasing Kidan's strengths and capabilities.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are fully understood and met.
  • Monitor and enforce SLAs, maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.
  • Conduct in-depth reviews of support tickets, constantly seeking to enhance technical accuracy and response quality.
  • Innovate and implement standards for customer support, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish and nurture robust client relationships, underpinning Kidan's commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, ensuring seamless integration of efforts across various departments.
  • Regularly report on project progress, service delivery metrics, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Service Delivery, IT Support, Project Management, and responding to RfPs.
  • Good knowledge in various IT domains, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, and IAM.
  • High proficiency in English.
  • Pakistani residency
