The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
* Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for the setup of the SPC Floor Manufacturing Plant
* Conduct feasibility studies, site selection, and facility design
* Bridge the negotiations with machinery suppliers
* Able to build and develop key HODs and team leaders during selections of machinery and project layout
* Able to travel for machinery inspection before shipment and then to oversee the installation and commissioning of the plant
* Develop and implement production processes, quality control measures, and safety protocols
* Extensive research and knowledge of product and market
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements
Qualifications & Capabilities
* Minimum Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related field
* Team leader capabilities, able to identify hiring needs of the project, and develop and implement training programs for self, as well as production staff and management
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, quality control, and supply chain management
* Capable to understand financial aspect of the project
* Capable of understanding and handling Govt. Depts
