Develop and implement the team’s QEHS control and annual plans according to the company’s compliance standards.
Monitor and achieve QEHS results.
Undertake department indicators, decompose and manage targets related to revenue, progress, sub-business achievement rate, and payment collection.
Coordinate with various departments to resolve process gaps and define responsibilities in project delivery.
Improve local supplier directories to support delivery and operation needs, ensuring a higher proportion of localized personnel and capabilities.
Create annual training and capacity-building plans to develop team talent and ensure a strong pipeline for future business growth.
Establish a project risk management matrix and implement measures to minimize execution risks.
Develop product risk control plans and track resolutions to prevent quality issues.
Implement customer relationship management strategies, address client concerns, and ensure high satisfaction.
Support the sales team in securing pre-sales orders.
Continuously refine project standards and establish best practices for project delivery.
Requirements:
Strong English and Chinese communication skills
At least 5 years of project delivery experience in the new energy sector, preferably in Wind OEM companies. Familiarity with the entire project delivery lifecycle, risk management, and cost control is essential.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering fields
8 years of experience, or a postgraduate degree with 5 years of experience.
