Project Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the team’s QEHS control and annual plans according to the company’s compliance standards.
  • Monitor and achieve QEHS results.
  • Undertake department indicators, decompose and manage targets related to revenue, progress, sub-business achievement rate, and payment collection.
  • Coordinate with various departments to resolve process gaps and define responsibilities in project delivery.
  • Improve local supplier directories to support delivery and operation needs, ensuring a higher proportion of localized personnel and capabilities.
  • Create annual training and capacity-building plans to develop team talent and ensure a strong pipeline for future business growth.
  • Establish a project risk management matrix and implement measures to minimize execution risks.
  • Develop product risk control plans and track resolutions to prevent quality issues.
  • Implement customer relationship management strategies, address client concerns, and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Support the sales team in securing pre-sales orders.
  • Continuously refine project standards and establish best practices for project delivery.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong English and Chinese communication skills
  • At least 5 years of project delivery experience in the new energy sector, preferably in Wind OEM companies. Familiarity with the entire project delivery lifecycle, risk management, and cost control is essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering fields
  • 8 years of experience, or a postgraduate degree with 5 years of experience.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
