Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field is a plus.
