Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, develop risk management plans, and implement appropriate risk response strategies to minimize the impact on project deliverables.
Establish and implement quality assurance processes and standards, ensuring project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and adhere to quality guidelines.
Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track and within budget.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency gains in project management practices, driving continuous improvement initiatives within the project management function.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly desirable.
Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and guide project managers and project teams towards achieving project objectives.
Excellent understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with the ability to adapt approaches based on project requirements.
Strong knowledge of project management software and collaboration tools, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Monday or similar.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and the ability to think critically.
Experience in resource management, including resource allocation, capacity planning, and optimizing resource utilization.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative project management approaches.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering them within scope, budget, and timeline.
