Role Description
We're looking for a highly experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing restaurant projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the restaurant industry, exceptional project management skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple restaurant projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and exceptional quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple restaurant projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and
exceptional quality.
- Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation plans, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and identify potential issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including investors, vendors, and team members.
- Analyze project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Requirements and Skills
- A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Project Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management, specifically within the restaurant industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple restaurant projects simultaneously, from inception to completion.
- In-depth knowledge of the restaurant industry, including operations, construction, and design processes.
- Exceptional project management expertise, including strategic planning, effective coordination, and advance
problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities, with a proven capacity to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
- Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP or equivalent) is highly desirable.
