Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts and clients to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand our client base.
Manage the complete sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue while maintaining client satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze account performance, providing regular updates and reports to management.
Address and resolve client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
