Job Description
Project Manager 1 is a key role to delivering customer service directly to our top-tier clients in order to achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction and meeting customer’s SLA expectations for projects. This role requires a highly-motivated individual with the ability to deal with ambiguous requests, manage on-going deployment schedules and handle multiple competing priorities.

- Coordination of the deployment processes.
- Coordinating with multiple internal teams via multiple tools (CRM, FTM, CIM, AX, Kinaxis, ServiceNow)
- Understand Order Processing with attention to detail including quality checking, releasing and monitoring shipment status
- Working in a team environment, including team-level coordination and reporting
- Developing firm understanding of the principles and best practices of inventory management.
- Managing project tools including nterprise, such as Client dashboards, Smartsheets and MS Excel
- Drive all deployment requirements through demand planning tools (Kinaxis) including order processing, schedule changes, order changes, and Internal changes.
- Project management experience is a plus
Process
List critical processes this individual will undertake to achieve targeted results.
- Processes Sales order entry in CRM according to Deployment Schedule
- Ability to process orders manually, bulk upload large orders, or receive orders electronically from client.
- Update sales orders with FTM information from nterprise for client owned assets
- Update nterprise FTM, review customer requests, update customers work orders.
- Monitor CIMS where applicable for managing customer COP inventory
- Communicating with Internal stake holders on daily basis regarding order status and shipment status.
- Work on meeting strict deadlines based on the project deliverables and customer SLA’s with a focus on work quality.
- Developing firm understanding and best practices of inventory management.
- Complete Material Requirements Sheet (MRS) for when a fixed schedule is not available
- Submit MRS to Supply Chain (when PM is not assigned)
- Responsible for order processing including quality checking, customer information, and shipping information.
- Responsible for order changes when original SKU is moved to Client Owned SKU
- Coordinating with TSC on order releases to meet client SLA
- Providing end of day reporting where necessary by project including tracking information
- Working on different reporting tools such as customer dashboards, Smartsheets and MS excel.
- Order Processing and ability to follow/develop a documented SOP form specific to each client
- Ensure all system (sku/cust) info is present
- Create Product SKU's
- Trade Agreements updates
- Kit management
- Monitoring sku's for expiring and EOL notifications from Supply Chain and request Sales to provide replacement Quote.
- Status communication to Project Managers and Customers.
- Issue resolution coordination, Order changes, returns.
- ServiceNow cases management.
