Job Description
The role is to support the delivery of global Services projects being driven within the EMEA Team. The Project Manager PMO will work closely with the EMEA PMO Manager as well as other operational teams to own and manage their tasks and support Project Delivery and Pre-Sales Cycles.
This is an exciting opportunity for the candidate to help Zones grow within the Services space and increase its footprint across EMEA, this role is an integral support role and will provide key visibility to the EMEA PMO Manager across Pipeline and Project Delivery. This role will eventually require Line Management of Junior Staff as the EMEA Business Grows so a level of Maturity is expected from the Candidate.

Pre-Sales Support
- Act as the First and Central Point for Opportunity Status / Queries.
- Support the EMEA Services Pipeline to Triage initial Opportunities and ensuring the correct teams are involved from the start.
- Advise and think about Opportunities Pragmatically to “unstick” opportunities.
- Enforce SLAs and manage expectations within all Opportunities.
- Maintaining Daily / Weekly actions and Opportunity Details making sure the most current information is available to the team.
- Providing Weekly Updates to EMEA PMO Manager and Services VPs.
- Provide Basic Quotations / Price Books for simple Requirements and high Level RFP Pricing.
Document Management
- Act accordingly with all incoming and outgoing documentation that the PMO is responsible for.
- Maintain and Enforce Suitable File Structures Across the Department.
- Track and Proactively chase Stakeholders on outstanding agreements (SOW / CCRs / MSPA / MSA / NDA).
- Control Document Versions / Revisions.
- Maintain and Update a library of Standard Delivery Templates.
Project Delivery
- Support Project Managers providing administrative support and direction in line with EMEA Service Delivery Framework.
- Ensure all Project Managers are reporting on-time and within expected Quality.
- Supporting the Handover Process from SOW Signature to Execution.
- Coordinating and Managing Small Projects autonomously.
