Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager - Technical Lead who specializes in hands-on technical coding skills in React, React Native, and Node.js. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and experience in leading development teams. This role involves managing tasks on Trello, creating sprints, and generating reports for the CTO. The Project Manager - Technical Lead will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
- Lead and contribute to the development of applications using React, React Native, and Node.js.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
- Review and ensure the quality of the codebase and adherence to best practices.
Project Management:
- Manage project tasks and timelines using Trello or similar project management tools.
- Create and manage sprints, ensuring tasks are appropriately assigned and deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
Reporting and Communication:
- Generate detailed project status reports for the CTO and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular meetings with the development team to track progress and address any issues.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement improvements in the development and project management processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Project Manager in a software development environment.
- Strong proficiency in React, React Native, and Node.js.
- Hands-on coding experience and the ability to contribute to the codebase.
- Excellent project management skills with experience in using Trello or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in creating and managing sprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of other frontend and backend technologies.
