At least (02-03) years of software development/analysis experience in a professional capacity, working on python and Django
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Should be able to converse with global tech clients
Very strong analytical capabilities, depicting requirements, and documenting them with the help of other team members
Considerable development experience in relational database systems and performance tuning (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Experience with NoSql databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB preferable
Understanding of Python multi-threading model and multi-process architectures preferred
Working knowledge of AWS tech (boto3, RDS, api gateway, Elastic beanstalk, S3 etc), with the ability to deploy highly scalable, enterprise-grade platforms (monolithic, server-less, microservices)
Experience with at least one web framework such as Django or Flask
Experience with libraries such as pandas, NumPy and PySpark preferred
Ability to accurately estimate work
Experience with Code Hosting and CI/CD (GitLab-CI or AWS)
Commitment to providing quality completed deliverables with well-factored, maintainable code
Able to mentor other team members, and act in the capacity of technical lead is a plus
