Job Responsibilities:
1.Business Requirement Analysis
Analyze and comprehend business requirements for designing and implementing Odoo applications and modules.
2.Module Development
Develop and customize Odoo modules, reports, and dashboards to meet organizational needs.
3.Integration
Integrate Odoo seamlessly with other systems and third-party applications as required.
4.Maintenance and Optimization
Maintain and optimize existing Odoo modules and applications for enhanced performance.
5.Collaboration
Collaborate with fellow developers, functional consultants, and end-users to ensure successful implementation of Odoo projects.
6.Testing and Troubleshooting
Perform debugging, testing, and troubleshooting of Odoo applications to ensure reliability.
7.Continuous Learning
Stay updated with the latest Odoo developments and apply best practices in development.
8.Training and Support
Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
Experience and Skills Requirements:
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-3+ years of experience in Odoo development and implementation.
-Strong knowledge of Python and JavaScript.
-Proficiency in Odoo development, including custom module development, customization, and integration.
-Experience with database systems, particularly PostgreSQL.
-Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and XML.
-Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
-Strong communication and teamwork skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
