Zones Service Now Center of Excellence
Service Now is a low-code SaaS based ticketing, tooling and process automation tool leveraged to reduce friction within an organization’s ecosystem. The team is responsible for designing and implementing Service Now solutions both within Zones as well as for Zones’ clients in a support as well as commercial capacity.
About You
You are a dynamic, multifaceted individual with a background in Computer Science or Engineering and experience developing manual and automated QA for enterprise application APIs in Angular, React, Vue, and native mobile apps. You possess knowledge of agile processes and principles. You also have a keen interest and understanding of digital processes and, ideally, have a deep knowledge of Service Now. You possess intellectual curiosity, out-of-the-box thinking, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work/influence multiple stakeholder groups.
