We are looking for Quality Assurance executive (Service Industry/Contact center/Sales & Support) for International program preferrably Design industry.
Experience : 6 months-1 year Mandatory
Location Shahra-e-faisal, Karachi
Shift timings: 5pm-2am (Mon to Fri)
QAE JDs:
* Review/monitor/evaluate Customer Calls/Chats/Emails/whattsapp and highlight redflags as per the as per the set QA SOP standards.
* Review & evaluate all sales orders as per Sales Verification SOP – (All Sales orders day -1 to be verified & documented)
* Thoroughly verify order details including client information, project scope, timelines, pricing etc. against policy
* Identify any discrepancies, red flags or concerns based on set verification criteria
* Raise inquiries with QA TL & AM for action to be taken by QA management & Higher management
* Maintain the Sales verification data as per the defined reporting format
* Continuously identify areas of improvement & Red-flags reporting/escalating them in timely manner for Management’s action
* Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of evaluations and assessments for reference and reporting.
* Stay updated on emerging customer interaction platforms and be prepared to assess interactions with Superb Multitasking skills on these platforms when necessary.
* Any ADHOC task/job assigned by the management’s discretion.
