Job Description
As a Quality Assurance Manager / Lead Auditor at Haier, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our integrated management system, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety). Your responsibilities will include conducting internal audits, managing certification processes, and driving continuous improvement across our operations
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Audits: Plan, conduct, and report on internal audits to assess compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
- Compliance Management: Ensure the organization's processes are in compliance with relevant ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the integrated management system.
- Training & Development: Train and support staff on quality, environmental, and health & safety management system requirements.
- Supplier Audits: Conduct supplier audits to ensure they meet Haier's quality and environmental standards.
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of audit findings, corrective actions, and system performance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support audit and compliance activities.
- Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential non-conformities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Science, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, with at least 3 years as a lead auditor for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.
- Certification: Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards, quality management principles, and regulatory compliance requirements.
