We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to assess and improve the quality of our accounting processes, reports, and client deliverables. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a background in accounting or finance who has a passion for identifying inconsistencies, optimizing workflows, and upholding compliance standards. The QA Specialist will work closely with the operations, compliance, and client service teams to ensure our work meets the highest quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform detailed quality checks and reviews of financial reports, client documentation, and internal records.
Ensure accounting and tax filings meet regulatory and internal compliance standards.
Identify errors, inconsistencies, or process gaps and recommend corrective measures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvements and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Maintain documentation of QA processes and prepare regular QA reports for management.
Conduct audits and internal reviews of client files and accounting operations.
Monitor adherence to internal control procedures and compliance policies.
