Job Description
As our React Application Engineer, you will help design and develop highly-performant and reliable applications used by thousands of users every month. You will collaborate with a diverse group of engineers, and delivery managers to design and create advanced, elegant, and efficient applications for our customers. Our team is focused on high business impact, where every product or feature we ship is measured and tracked with cost savings and/or efficiency improvement.
Typical Responsibilities Include
- Working with development teams and managers to develop solutions for Android and iOS
- Getting feedback from, and building solutions for, customers and users
- Writing functional requirement documents and guides
- Defining code architecture decisions to support high-performance and scalable products
- Helping fellow back-end engineers with coding and troubleshooting
- Using APIs effectively
- Testing software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
- Troubleshooting, debugging and upgrading across different mobile O/S and platforms
- Creating security and data protection settings
- Building features and applications with a mobile responsive design
- Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders to deliver the final product.
Required Skills and Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience working with Mobile Applications
- Experience developing Mobile Web, iOS and Android
- Expertise in React Native and proficiency in one (e.g. Objective, Kotlin, SWIFT PHP and Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
- Experienced with markup languages like HTML/CSS
- Familiar with markup languages like HTML/CSS and PHP

- Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple projects and deliverables.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Experience with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design
- Knowledge of multiple back-end languages and proficiency in one (e.g. C#, PHP and Python)
