This exciting new senior role is responsible for developing and implementing a growth strategy for the South Asia region for English and Exams. Although line managed by the Regional Exams Director, they will work in a matrix as part of the global English and Exams B2B sales team, and the regional English and Exams leadership team.
The post-holder will be responsible for working with individual country teams (Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka) to establish opportunities and requirements with a range of stakeholders then define, implement and evaluate the go-to-market approach to achieve growth targets in English, professional, migration and education learning and assessment products. They will also be responsible for implementing new sales and business development models within region and embedding technology, business processes and a collaborative approach to sales, account management and customer success. They will work closely with business leads, within a matrix structure to drive effectiveness and efficiency in sales and business development.
