Job Responsibilities
- Set possible achievable goals of traffic and conversions. Also, track these goals monthly.
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Optimize on-page elements including titles, meta descriptions, header tags, and content for better search engine visibility.
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues impacting search engine rankings.
- Build and execute effective link-building campaigns to improve domain authority.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all channels ( Website & Social Media ).
- Provide SEO recommendations and insights to improve website performance and user experience.
Must-Have Skills
- Bachelor's degree ( 16 Years of Education )
- 1-3 years of experience in SEO within a marketing or web development agency.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush etc.).
- Semantic SEO is a Plus.
- Experience with website analytics and conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Don’t have to Micromanage everything.
