Search Engine Optimization Specialist

Tech Scale is looking for an SEO Specialist with the following responsibilities & requirements:

Responsibilities:

Measure the effectiveness of strategy (rankings, traffic, conversions) and make decisions based on data
Monitor website traffic and search engine rankings, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired results.
Creating and presenting SEO strategy recommendations to clients
Analyze website data using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console to identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm updates to ensure that SEO strategies are current and effective.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm updates to ensure that SEO strategies are current and effective.
Develop an SEO strategy for all the activities to improve traffic to the website
Create and execute a link-building strategy.
Collaborate with developers and product teams to implement necessary features and changes

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience
In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
Excellent verbal and written English communication
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
Experience with technical SEO, including website architecture and page speed optimization.
Experience with local SEO and optimizing for Google My Business.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
Experience with paid search and social media advertising.
