We are seeking an SEO Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and SEO best practices. You will be responsible for driving organic traffic, improving search engine rankings, and optimizing our website to achieve our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify valuable keywords for our industry.
- Perform on-page optimization, including meta tags, headers, URL structures, images, and content.
- Develop and implement off-page SEO strategies, including link building and outreach.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into our content strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve SEO efforts.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in our SEO strategy.
- Optimize website structure and user experience to enhance search engine visibility and user engagement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and HTML/CSS.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with local SEO and optimizing for Google My Business.
- Familiarity with pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and their integration with SEO.
- Understanding of web development principles and best practices.
