Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AI models for predicting and matching patient eligible for clinical trials.
- Utilize various machine learning techniques, including classification, regression, clustering, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify key features and variables relevant to clinical trial matching.
- Preprocess, clean, and manage large datasets, ensuring data quality and integrity for model training and validation.
- Optimize AI algorithms for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Implement feature selection, engineering techniques, and hyperparameter tuning to enhance model performance.
- Validate models using appropriate statistical methods and cross-validation techniques.
- Perform rigorous testing to ensure the reliability and generalizability of AI models.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 year of experience in developing and deploying AI models.
- Strong background in machine learning, data analysis, and statistical methods.
- Experience in the healthcare or clinical research domain is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, etc.).
- Strong understanding of various machine learning techniques and their applications in predictive modeling.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team environment.
