Senior Angular Js Developer

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient, and scalable frontend code for our web applications, using the latest web technologies and frameworks
Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to create seamless user experiences across various platforms and devices
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of frontend developers by providing technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices
Define and implement strategies for improving the performance, maintainability, and scalability of our frontend applications
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and collaborate with designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces
Develop and maintain coding standards and guidelines, ensuring the team consistently follows best practices
Participate in the recruitment process by conducting technical interviews and helping to assess the skills of potential candidates
Contribute to project planning and estimation by providing technical insights and expertise

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
A minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design
Proficient in modern frontend frameworks and libraries, such as Angular, React, or Vue.js
Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers
Strong understanding of web performance optimization and accessibility best practices
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest web technologies and industry trends

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with server-side languages and frameworks, such as Node.js, Ruby on Rails, or Django
Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
