Job Description
In this role, you'll bridge the gap between business goals and user needs by translating requirements into exceptional digital experiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams (design, development, marketing) to ensure our products are user-friendly, functional, and aligned with our overall business strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Craft clear and concise user stories and wireframes using Figma or other wireframing tools.
- Collaborate with UX designers to ensure designs meet user needs and business objectives.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify and refine product features.
- Develop and maintain product documentation.
- Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and best practices, particularly in the areas of [mention specific areas of digital marketing relevant to your company, e.g., social media marketing, content marketing, SEO].
- Contribute to the development and execution of data-driven marketing campaigns (a plus).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration, marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Proficiency in wireframing tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- A passion for creating user-friendly and engaging digital experiences.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and best practices (a plus).
