Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their business needs, goals, and challenges.
- Conduct thorough interviews, workshops, and surveys to extract detailed requirements.
Documentation:
- Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
- Create detailed functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
Proposal Development:
- Work closely with the sales and development teams to develop technical proposals that align with client expectations.
- Present proposals to clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring a clear understanding of the proposed solutions.
Communication:
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring that client expectations are well-understood by all stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to address any clarification or modification of requirements.
Risk Assessment:
- Identify potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure that proposed solutions are feasible within time and budget constraints.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of business analysis methodologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or comparable roles.
- Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including night shifts onsite in Johar Town, Lahore.
