As the Senior Business Developer, you will be responsible for driving the business development strategy at Red Flag Prestige. Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the luxury automotive sector.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to achieve growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners, clients, and industry leaders.
- Investor Relations:
- Identify and engage potential investors to support business expansion.
- Develop and present compelling investment proposals.
- Foster relationships with existing and prospective investors to secure funding and strategic support.
- Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Conduct thorough market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify potential growth areas.
- Develop and implement strategic sales, marketing, and distribution plans to capture market share.
- Identify potential dealership locations and partners across key markets in Pakistan.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Establish and maintain relationships with government bodies, regulatory agencies, and industry associations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide regular updates to the founder and executive team on business development progress and market insights.
- Project Management:
- Lead the entire business development lifecycle, from initial concept to execution.
- Set and manage project timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Adjust strategies as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, with a strong focus on the automotive sector.
- Proven experience in identifying and securing new business opportunities and attracting investors.
- Strong understanding of the Pakistani market and its regulatory environment.
- Exceptional leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Urdu and English is required.
