Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role requires a self-driven individual passionate about generating new business opportunities, building relationships, and contributing to our growth. You will work independently to establish outreach, marketing, and sales systems while collaborating closely with digital marketing and technical teams. The ideal candidate will also effectively utilize freelancing platforms to secure new projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an email marketing strategy to generate leads and drive customer engagement.
- Identify and establish the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for targeted outreach and campaigns.
- Build an end-to-end outreach, marketing, and sales system from scratch, ensuring alignment with business goals and target audience.
- Independently lead initiatives to generate new sales opportunities and nurture client relationships.
- Utilize freelancing platforms (e.g., Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer) to identify and secure new projects, expand the client base, and generate consistent revenue streams.
- Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing and Technical teams to develop impactful portfolios, case studies, and sales assets that reflect our expertise and value proposition.
- Design and execute strategies for lead generation, prospecting, and converting potential clients into customers.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage CRM systems and ensure the maintenance of accurate records for all leads, opportunities, and communications.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of pitches and proposals to potential clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in email marketing, lead generation, and business development.
- Experience in establishing Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and targeting strategies.
- Strong ability to build sales and marketing systems from the ground up.
- Proven track record of leveraging freelancing platforms to secure projects.
- Ability to work independently, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Digital Marketing and Technical teams.
- Experience in a software house or digital marketing agency is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
