About the Job
Relationship Building and Client Management
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and industry professionals.
• Develop and present business proposals and solutions tailored to client needs.
Business Growth and Opportunity Identification
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify potential areas of growth.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging industry trends and untapped opportunities for expansion.
Sales Strategy and Performance Monitoring
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies and execute sales plans.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)and sales targets
• Continuously optimize sales tactics by analyzing data , client feedback, and market trends to improve sales outcomes.
Deal Negotiation and Networking
• Negotiate contracts and close business deals to achieve revenue goals.
• Attend networking events, conferences, and meetings to expand the company’s market presence.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience
• 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Also Provide details of your previously locked deals that have contributed to the growth and development of organization. Highlight how your contributions led to measurable outcomes.
Required Skills
• Understanding of market research, business strategies, and competitive analysis.
• Good Communication Skills
• Good Interpersonal Skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude
• Daily reporting have to be made according to company standards
• Familiarity with ClickUp is a plus, but candidate should be willing to learn
the platform if not already experienced.
Compensation:
