Senior Business Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of sales acumen and digital marketing skills, with a focus on bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr. In addition, proficiency in LinkedIn lead generation is a key requirement.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

 

1. **Bidding on Freelance Platforms:**

- Identify and pursue relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr.

- Craft compelling proposals that highlight our services, capabilities, and value proposition.

- Manage bidding processes, including negotiations, follow-ups, and contract closure.

 

2. **LinkedIn Lead Generation:**

- Develop and implement effective LinkedIn lead-generation strategies to expand our network and reach potential clients.

- Create and curate engaging content to foster meaningful connections and attract prospects.

- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify and target decision-makers and potential clients.

 

3. **Market Research:**

- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities.

- Analyze competitors and market dynamics to refine our approach and stay ahead of the competition.

 

4. **Client Relationship Management:**

- Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.

 

5. **Reporting and Analytics:**

- Prepare regular reports and performance metrics related to bidding and lead generation efforts.

- Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve higher conversion rates.

 

**Qualifications:**

 

- Proven experience as a Business Developer, Sales Representative, or a related role.

- Strong understanding of bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr.

- Proficiency in LinkedIn lead generation techniques and tools.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.

- Familiarity with market research and competitor analysis.
