Responsibilities:

• Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Provide ongoing support and relationship management to existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets through proactive sales initiatives and effective client engagement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of 4-5 years in business development, specifically within Staff Augmentation.
• In-depth understanding of the Staff Augmentation landscape, including market trends and competitor analysis.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage C-level executives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
