Senior Business Developer

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan for Staff Augmentation services.

• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients to understand their workforce needs.

• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor Staff Augmentation solutions that meet client requirements.

• Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings.

• Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

• Provide ongoing support and relationship management to existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.

• Meet and exceed revenue targets through proactive sales initiatives and effective client engagement.

 

Qualifications:

 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven track record of 4-5 years in business development, specifically within Staff Augmentation.

• In-depth understanding of the Staff Augmentation landscape, including market trends and competitor analysis.

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage C-level executives.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
