The Business Development Expert will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, expanding our client base, closing accounts, and fostering relationships with existing clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales skills, an understanding of BPO services, and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategies to identify and acquire new clients in target markets in US, UK and
Australia.
· Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
· Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
· Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
· Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
· Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
· Provide feedback to the company on market demands, client needs, and service improvements.
· Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
· Proficiency in English.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, within the BPO industry.
· Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets in the US, UK and
Australian market.
· Strong understanding of BPO services and industry dynamics.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency and hands on experience in CRM and data mining software’s like HubSpot, Salesforce,
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Active Campaign, Apollo.
