Are you adept at securing high-value projects on Upwork, and do you excel in identifying and capturing opportunities beyond traditional bidding platforms? Bytetuned Technologies seeks a proactive and skilled Business Development Specialist who can drive our business growth by leveraging both online platforms and direct client engagement strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and identify high-potential projects on Upwork.
- Ability to negotiate deals with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Explore and develop additional channels for project acquisition beyond Upwork, including networking, referrals, and direct client outreach.
- Analyze project requirements and client objectives to craft targeted proposals highlighting our comprehensive full-stack development capabilities.
- Negotiate project terms and scopes to ensure profitable and sustainable agreements.
- Manage the end-to-end bidding process on Upwork, from initial identification to proposal submission, while maintaining an active and engaging presence on the platform.
- Experience in lead generation, email marketing, and direct outreach using Sales Navigator.
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to set up an effective sales pipeline, and manage leads and sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in business development related to the IT industry, specifically with a strong record in Upwork bidding and securing high-value projects through various other channels.
- Proven sales expertise with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, adept at proposal writing and presenting technical information to a non-technical audience.
- Proficiency with project management tools and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passionate about new technologies and up-to-date with industry trends.
