Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters and CEOs, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery of services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities for business expansion.
- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role, with a focus on working closely with recruiters and CEOs in hiring high-quality talent.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and industry-specific hiring requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
