Job Description
NSol BPO is seeking an energetic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will focus on pitching our services related to multiple projects to clients based in the US. The ideal candidate will be skilled in initiating contact with potential clients, presenting our service offerings, and driving interest in our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the US to introduce and pitch our services related to various projects.
- Develop and maintain a list of prospective clients and continuously seek new business opportunities.
- Clearly articulate the benefits of our services and tailor pitches to address client needs and interests.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including CEOs and senior executives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery of client solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position our services.
- Prepare and document client interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales or cold calling role, preferably with a focus on pitching services to clients in the US.
- Strong understanding of client needs and how to effectively present service solutions.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client interactions effectively.
- Results-driven with a passion for achieving targets and contributing to business growth.
