Resorsify is looking for "Senior Business Development Executive" for its client who will drive a company’s product and/or service sales by actively seeking out prospects and pursuing sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Build business by identifying new prospects.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. (Market research)
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
- Answering customers' questions and providing best possible response. Answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all sales.
- Sr. BDE must go for the other alternative products, if required one is unavailable, convince the buyer for that product and ensure none of the queries go off
- Develop an excellent rapport with the existing customers and source new clients.
- Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
- Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team.
- Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review.
- Have potential to visit 10 Customers on daily basis.
- Increase maximum foot prints in the market.
- Must ensure full recovery of outstanding payments.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
- Qualification: Graduation/ Masters in sales & marketing or relevant field.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of lubricant & B2B market experience.
- Age: 25 to 30 years.
- Must have his own bike & driving license.
- Self-motivated and driven by targets.
- Must be good presentable personality.
- Excellent professional appearance with pleasant personality.
- Strong Business Communication, Interpersonal & analytical skills.
