Senior Business Development Manager

Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will strategically plan their approach to clients and offer compelling solutions to cater for client's needs. They are responsible for maintaining and developing relationships in order to meet sales goals.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop & convert leads
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Identify, target, and acquire new international clients
  • Develop and present compelling proposals to potential clients.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of business development activities, lead generation and sales conversion rates.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • MBA (Preferred)
  • 3+ years' of industry-related business development experience
  • 1+ years' of experience in Tech Industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of successful marketing strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
