Continuous training and coaching will be provided by you, assisting your team in skill development and helping them achieve their maximum potential.
- Establish goals and expectations: Define explicit objectives and expectations for your team, ensuring everyone comprehends their responsibilities. Monitor progress toward these goals, offering feedback and support as necessary.
- Promote a culture of collaboration within the team: Encourage team members to collaborate and provide support to one another. Cultivate a positive work environment where everyone feels appreciated and upheld.
- Oversee team performance: Take charge of ensuring that each team member meets their targets and delivers outstanding service to our clients. Offer consistent feedback and support, addressing any performance issues promptly.
- Recognize growth opportunities: Your role involves identifying prospects for team growth and development. Collaborate with team members to pinpoint areas for enhancement and devise development plans to assist them in reaching their maximum potential.
Requirements:
- Hold a degree or possess equivalent practical experience.
- Display a fervent interest in sales.
- The ideal candidate should exhibit dedication, focus on delivering excellence and customer service, and robust alignment with our core values.
- Accumulate a minimum of 5-8 years of real estate sales experience, not in ROI.
- Possess strong communication skills.
- Demonstrate proven leadership skills, including prior experience in leading a team.
