Job Description
Dexon is looking for an enthusiastic, data-driven creative content strategist and copywriter to elevate our company's digital marketing, branding, and social media offerings. The ideal candidate brings a problem-solving mentality to every project, presents and works well with others, and has a knack for brainstorming truly original creative concepts.
What You'll Do
- Craft and execute creative strategies and campaigns across paid media, social channels, owned & earned content, and marketing emails/newsletters
- Coordinate and collaborate with clients and team members in real-time via Slack and email while building trust and buy-in from client contacts
- Conduct competitive research for our clients to gain new insights on strategies for email and social marketing campaigns
- Write and manage email marketing and social media campaign execution, including planning, targeting, content sourcing, execution, reporting, and optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure that paid media, email, and social media content meets project goals and aligns with brand standards
- Work closely with other members of the Creative team (such as graphic designers and UX/UI designers) to bring your copy to life with visuals.
Who You Are
- You have at least three years of experience in a client-facing role at a media or creative agency, publishing house, or a similar organization
- You’re an exceptional writer who pays as much attention to correct syntax as to content strategy
- You adapt your writing style to the task at hand
- Excellent grammar, editing and proofreading capabilities
- You delight in adhering to processes and remaining organized at all times
- You learn quickly and are able to juggle multiple projects and responsibilities
- You understand how to navigate, maintain, and grow healthy client relationships
- You have a bachelor’s degree.
