Job Description
We are seeking a talented ReactJS Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such as Redux, Flux, and Webpack. You will collaborate closely with our product management and engineering teams to create scalable and responsive applications. As a seasoned developer, you will bring expertise in front-end technologies and contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new user-facing features using React.js
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
- Participate in architectural design discussions and contribute to decisions regarding design and technology choices
- Mentor junior developers and assist in their professional growth
- Explore and evaluate new technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement in the software development process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3-8 years of professional experience in front-end development using React.js
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and JavaScript object model
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
- Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux or Flux) and development tools (such as Webpack)
- Experience with server-side technologies (Node.js, Express.js)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
