Sigma Digital is looking for an experienced Front End Developer with good knowledge and experience in building WordPress, CMS websites using themes and plugins with best practices and standards. We're looking for someone who is creative, curious, disruptive, organized, and eager to make a difference.
Abilities and Skillsets:
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
• More than 3 years of industry experience
• Experience of leading teams showing leadership skillsets.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Bootstrap 4, JavaScript/jQuery.
• Experience with Content management systems and themes (i.e., WordPress, Shopify, Magento, Elementor)
• Conversion of XD/PSD to HTML/WordPress
• Candidate must be proficient in asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Basic understanding of Photoshop
• Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
• Good problem solving skills, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to transform a design mockup into a pixel-perfect website from scratch.
• UI / UX development experience
• Experience with REACT will be nice to have.
• Translate user behavior and research into actionable data.
• Strategically create new features and functionality based on user stories and behavior.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver quality products under tight deadlines.
