About the job

As Senior Front-End Developer at IT22, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining web applications. You'll work with the development team, as well as UX/UI designers and graphic designers. You'll work closely with our back-end and full-stack developers to deliver a consistent and reliable web experience. You'll work with our designers to improve usability for our customers. You'll optimize web design for mobile and other platforms for maximum speed. You'll work with designers to ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency. Ultimately, your work will have a direct impact on the user experience of our customers.

What you will do:

• Build and maintain innovative, responsive and engaging web applications.
• Determining the structure and design of web pages.
• Build efficient, high-performance, modular, front-end UI components
• Building reusable code for future use.
• Advise and collaborate with the development and architecture team on building our web application.
• Execute development projects plan in an Agile-focused environment with focus on fast-paced delivery and thoughtful iterations.

• At least 4 years of experience with UX in developing websites and applications.
• Proven hands-on experience with ES6, React, Next.js, Context API, Redux, Webpack, CSS 3, Material UI.
• Practical experience with Design Patterns and website optimization.
• Experience with complex client-side data flows, consuming APIs and JSON.
• Self learner, self-motivated, organised person with excellent communication skills and strong attention to details.
• You are not afraid to take ownership, and touch base or advise clients about features during refinements and sprint reviews.
