Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to create visually appealing and engaging designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in design software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Creation: Develop and create high-quality graphic designs for various media including print, web, and social media.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency of designs with the company’s branding guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, content, and development teams to produce cohesive designs that align with project goals.
- Concept Development: Generate new ideas and concepts for design projects.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Feedback Incorporation: Revise and refine designs based on feedback.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into designs.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 4 years of hands-on graphic design experience.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
