We're hiring for Position: Senior UI/UX Graphics Designer (Night-shift)
Responsibilities:
1. Handle the design and development of user interfaces for digital products, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to gather requirements and translate them into design solutions.
3. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
4. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
5. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, and incorporate them into the design process.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
2. Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
3. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
4. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design decisions.
5. Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
6. Knowledge of front-end development technologies and their impact on design (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
