Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including academic and administrative departments, technical staff, and user communities, to facilitate communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary to ensure project success.
Implement both traditional project management approaches and Agile/Scrum methodologies based on project requirements.
Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks and issues, taking appropriate action to mitigate potential negative impacts on project outcomes.
Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by conducting project retrospectives and implementing lessons learned to enhance future project performance.
Mentor and support junior project managers and team members, providing guidance and expertise as needed.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects.
Strong knowledge of traditional project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) and Agile/Scrum practices.
PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar applications.
