Key Responsibilities:

- Marketing Strategy Development: Develop specific marketing goals and objectives aligned with the company's business strategy.

- Campaign Management: Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, PPC, SEO, and email marketing.

- Market Research: Perform in-depth research to identify new opportunities and market trends to improve business outcomes.

- Web Presence: Oversee the development and optimization of the company's web presence, ensuring it aligns with user-centric designs and delivers a robust digital experience.

- Analytics & Reporting: Analyze sales and marketing metrics, including ROI and conversion rates, to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and inform strategic decisions.

- Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all digital platforms.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as product, sales, customer service, and technical teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.

- Digital Campaigns: Oversee the creation of online ad campaigns, ensuring they meet the brand’s objectives and are executed within budget.

- Customer Feedback: Incorporate customer feedback into refining marketing strategies to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.

 

Requirements & Skills:

- Digital Expertise: Extensive experience with digital marketing tools such as CRM, CMS, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and online advertising platforms.

- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a proven record of managing marketing teams to achieve high performance.

- Technical Aptitude: Understanding of web design principles and experience working closely with development teams.

- Preferred Competencies: App marketing experience, knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, email marketing expertise, and familiarity with running paid advertising campaigns.
