Core Responsibilities:
As an Senior WordPress Theme & Plugin Developer at WP Centric LLC, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Develop custom Gutenberg blocks / themes / plugins
- Develop and maintain custom wordpress websites
- Implement custom post types, taxonomies, and data structures in WordPress to support complex content requirements
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins according to client requirements, ensuring functionality, performance, and security
- Integrate third-party APIs including REST, GraphQL and systems with WordPress sites
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress development trends and technologies
- Provide technical guidance, do code reviews, and mentoring junior developers
- Conduct technical and functionality assessment meetings with international clients

Requirements:
To be successful in this role at WP Centric LLC, you should possess the following:
Required Experience:
- 2+ years of proven experience as a WordPress theme and plugin developer on production sites.
- Extensive experience implementing complex WordPress sites.
- Portfolio website and/or samples of past work and completed projects.

- HTML5 / CSS3 / SASS / LESS
- Javascript / jQuery / AJAX
- Responsive Design / CSS3 & SVG Animations
- React JS / Gutenberg Blocks
