Job Description
As a Senior Project Manager at our digital marketing agency, your primary duty will be overseeing, planning, and implementing marketing strategies that will drive sales for our clients within the designated budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage sales funnels and marketing strategies for multiple clients across diverse industries.
- Coordinate with internal teams consisting of Social Media Managers, Copywriters, Media Buyers, Shopify/Wordpress Developers, Analytics & Media Buyer Experts.
- Streamline and manage the execution of strategies, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely delivery.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of implemented strategies. Make data-driven decisions and adjustments to maximize ROI.
- Direct the media buying initiatives on digital platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Google, and TikTok.
- Establish and enforce operational protocols and best practices within the team.
- I'd like you to regularly communicate with clients about project status, changes, and updates.
Qualifications
- At least 4+ years of project management experience in a digital marketing setting.
- We have a proven track record in devising and executing successful digital marketing strategies, particularly in sales funnels.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing a team of 10-15 individuals.
- Familiarity with various media buying platforms like Facebook, Google, and TikTok.
- Proficiency in creating and enforcing protocols within a team setting.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, managemental and interpersonal skills.
